The Lexicon.
These words have specific meanings inside the Elite Outsiders body of work. They are not generic. If a passage in the Manifesto reads opaque, the answer is here.
A reference. Not a sales page. Read what you need, leave when you're done.
Outsider
A trauma survivor who refuses to manage their patterns forever and chooses to deactivate them at the root.
Not a label, a posture.
Activated
The state reached at the end of the Trauma Map, when a survivor sees their own patterns named and ranked. Not a diagnosis. A starting point.
Door A · entry verb.
Bind
The act of committing to the Manifesto. Reading it as a field manual, not a book.
Door B · entry verb.
Confirm
The act of taking the call with Alex. Past prep work, into direct work.
Door C · entry verb.
Double Character
EO's core framework. The crossover between Character 1 (Impact, what trauma did) and Character 2 (Leverage, what was built since). The Trauma Map's central reading.
Read on /trauma-map after activation.
Termination
Deactivation of a trauma pattern at its root. The opposite of management. Not a promise of feeling nothing. A promise that the pattern stops running you.
The point of the entire body of work.
Ascension
The discovery call with Alex. Door C entry point. 30 minutes, free, by application only.
Not a sales call. A fit confirmation.
Inner Journey
Fulfillment from internal alignment. Meaning, integrity, presence. One of two readings on the Trauma Map result.
Internal half of the map.
Outer Journey
Fulfillment from external impact. Career, relationships, contribution. One of two readings on the Trauma Map result.
External half of the map.
Trauma Map
EO's 12-question self-assessment. Door A. Free. Returns past + current trauma scores, the Double Character crossover, and Inner / Outer Journey readings.
The instrument, not the diagnosis.
The work
The daily practice of facing one's own patterns directly. Not a course, not a program.
A posture sustained over time.
